| Belly Dance Delight Troupe Practice! Once you have learned some of our choreographies through the beginners classes, or through workshops, you might join us in troupe! Professional dancers sometimes join even before then, if they want to contribute their own solos to our shows and pick up choreographies in practice. We have a lot of fun and perform a lot. You can see us on YouTube by searching for :"Artscape Belly Dance" . We get to work with live music at some of our gigs. | |
| 615-715pm with 15 minute 'extra' lesson | Studio NinaAmaya 1020 Regester Ave; Towson MD 21239 443-834-3191 ninadances@gmail.com |
| Starts April 12th! Basic Belly Dance workout with choreography embedded. Posture, steps, isolations, shimmies and turns! My classes are fun and for mixed levels of ability. I'm great with beginners, because the dance didn't come easily to me, and I know how hard it can seem at first. I'm a working professional dancer, and can help an intermediate dancer work to bring her dance to the next level. This class is an ongoing drill of the basics, with a choreography embedded, great for beginners, for experienced dancers who want to drill, who are just starting with me, or who want to pick up a choreography. For 15 minutes after the regular one hour class, we'll work on a special topic, floorwork. There is no extra charge if you want to stay till 7:30. There are plenty of veils and hip scarves here to borrow or purchase, or bring your own. Wear comfortable clothing, yoga pants are perfect. I do want to be able to see your posture. $15 to drop in, $48 for 4 weeks. Paypal is at the bottom of this page, or bring a check or cash the first day of class. | |
