Being from a Moroccan background and raised in Spain, she was grown up around belly dancing and Flamenco, but when she saw her first Ariellah, Mira Betz, and Unmata videos, she was enthralled and determined to study and learn. She began taking belly dance classes in 2006 with Asharah and Belladonna of Romka. She has taken many workshops from professional dancers such as Ariellah, Unmata, Shakra, Belladonna of Romka, Kassar, and others. Shaell can be seen performing her belly dancing that involves pop n locking, african, gothic, and her own unique style of dance that involves flare and spirituality. She believes that life is full of adventures and knowledge waiting to be learned and that every dancer she sees inspires her to keep dancing. As a soloist, she looks forward to performing at new venues, traveling, taking workshops, and meeting other spirited dancers.
