This month, the live music of Pittsburgh's bellyrock band, Ishtar!
There will be music classes before the show at Studio Nina Amaya in Middle Eastern music and percussion- check it out!
12:30- Hand drum class with Mark from Ishtar.

The first Sunday of every month (except August) there is a party for the bellydancers, by the bellydancers and of the bellydancers in Towson MD, at the Cafe Spice, 321 York Rd. Towson.

(Dancers arrive at 3:30 to check in!)
Nina Amaya hosts, and Rashid Aladeen opens with drumming- you are invited to put on your zils and hip scarf and dance and play along! Please bring an instrument! ( contact Nina before the show to see if she can fit you on the discount list!)

Shems, a favorite local performer and excellent teacher of Middle Eastern dance will be our headline act July 6. She will be dancing to the live music, as will 4 other dancers at the show! To see more on our fabulous line up, click above on 'Performer Bios.'
Tickets are $20 at the door-please bring cash to make check in go smoothly!
Doors open 3:45pm, and sure, there will be a swap meet. Dancer Yard Sale!
